What is Agendease?
Agendease is an on-line service designed exclusively for organizations that conduct meetings to create complete meeting packets over the Internet, and make that packet available to board members, staff, and the public. Staff members or others at various locations create agenda items and add information. All they need is access to the Internet. People at different locations can work on items for the same meeting simultaneously. When all items are complete, the agenda and complete packet are available for viewing. Internet access is all that is required to view the meeting's agenda items. Support documents can also be added to each item.

Agendease creates the agenda for each meeting! You set up the design template for each type of meeting for each board or commission. Agendease uses the agenda type you select, and creates the agenda using the items for that meeting. The agenda is the visitor's gateway to your meeting's agenda items. Instead of flipping through pages of paper to find what you are looking for in a packet, you simply click on the item description and the complete information for that item is displayed with links to all attached support documents.
